On October 7, 2024, Milan-based 360 Payment Solutions announced the acquisition of a majority shareholding (without specifying the exact amount) in Infogestweb, which offers fleet management services for industrial vehicles through its Golia 360 telematics platform. The company stated that this transaction marks a significant milestone for both firms, aiming to strengthen their integrated services offering for fleet management and payment solutions.
The announcement also noted that Infogestweb will continue to operate as an independent entity within 360 Pay under the leadership of Claudio Carrano, benefiting from a stronger market presence, an expanded product range, and the group's investment capabilities.
Marco Alberti, CEO of 360 Pay, said, "Fleet management services are increasingly becoming integrated with many of our core products, such as toll technologies. This investment adds essential capabilities to our organization and opens new opportunities, as Infogestweb brings outstanding products and expertise to our group."
Infogestweb develops and markets proprietary solutions for managing industrial vehicle fleets, primarily operating in Italy. Its services include digital tachograph data management, geolocation, real-time data and performance indicators, legal support, driver training, and a wide range of other telematics features for fleets. All services are accessible through Golia 360, a web portal that can interface with most Transportation Management System platforms. Infogestweb employs around 30 people, mainly at its headquarters in Sommacampagna (Verona), and manages about 60,000 connected vehicles.
